THUMB SUPPORTED WRIST SPLINT- AL2586

Description

Detects wrist and thumb CMC and MC joint. It has a neural fixation of the wrist passing through the volar surface and an aluminum underwire passing through the thenar region. It provides freedom of movement in other fingers. Since it is produced from neoprene material, it maintains body temperature in the area, keeping muscles and tendons loose and reducing pain.

Indication:

In all cases requiring wrist and thumb rest, pain due to injury, sprain, rheumatic or traumatic arthritis, tendinitis, carpal tunnel syndrome. Thumb CMC and MC joint ligament tears, Parallel ligament injuries.
